The Modern Photo Album
A laugh, a cry, a spark. Reliving memories with your loved ones is something that always brings a story to tell, a period to reminisce, a conversation.
Your first steps, falling off a swing, or an embarrassing talent show act. These are all memories that parents used to be saved on a VHS tape. Now they are all saved on a phone or posted on social media Snap.
As an internal project, we were tasked to research and identify painpoints from a non-profit organization and build a conceptual feature that would solve for their problems. Codetalk, a non profit organization aimed to provide underserved woman with an intensive learning program aimed to kick start their careers in the tech industry. Due to external factors, many students had trouble with attendance and learning outside the boundaries of the program. Utilizing Snapchat, we created a Snap Game that would allow students to work together and solve coding problems through a gamified experience.
